A week ago I visited my friend at her home, the home of the Brookside Newfoundlands. Four of her five dogs are the grandchildren, great-grandchildren, maybe great-great-grandchi ldren of my Lola who passed away four years ago at age 13. I asked her to do introductions so I could sort out the family tree.
