This week-long sailing event, held each year in Baddeck since 1904. During the first full week of August, it features daily races, children's dinghy racing programs and nightly entertainment.
Gaelic name meaning "white water" is located 14.5 km north of Baddeck. The Falls trail is approximately 3.5 km and require about 90 minutes or less to complete. The River trail takes about an hour to complete and is 3.5 km long. It follows the North Branch Baddeck River.
