chicken breast marinated in mustard seeds and honey, saute with spring onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, red pepper, sweet potato, herbs, olive oil, pepper and then simmer covered with water for 15 minutes. take lid off for 5 minutes once things are soft. healthy. yummy. dummy.
