Vegetable Biryani/ Mushroom Biryani
The reciple is pretty much the same for chicken or lamb biryani as well. (Just add 1/2 tea spoon more masala and one more green chillie).
Masala Dosa
To make the spicy red paste that I apply
25% Corn Flour
25% Ginger and Garlic paste
25% Curry powder
25% half measures of oil and water
blend it all to a paste.
Making chapathi from dough that is refrigerated. You can either make 15, 20 chapathis and refrigerate them (and reheat the chapathis) or refrigerate the dough after making 4 or 5 chapathis and reheat a small amount of the dough and make fresh chapathis. This is the second method.
