Crich has many activities - but this 40s weekend was the greatest fun. The Home Guard marched, ENSA entertained, there were parades, childrens' evacuation and a Remembrance Service for the fallen. Brillant.

A tramcar over 108 years old, Sheffield car 74 was part of a batch of 14 built in 1900 by the Electric Railway & Tramway Carriage Works in Preston, Lancashire. It is preserved now at the Crich Tramway Village.
Leeds City Tramways 345 approaches Wakebridge Stop. In the opposite direction trundles Leeds City Tramways 399.
Leeds 345 was built in 1922 and saved from the scrapyard in 1958. Crich restored Leeds 345 from 2002-September 2005.
Leeds 399 Built at Leeds Kirkstall works, entered service in 1925.
