Okay. Multi Theft Auto isn't a game. It's a multiplayer modification for GTA. What you need to do is have GTA:SA installed on your pc (real or pirated) and then install MTA, you can get that here http://mtavc.com/ and pick up the GTA race mod. Then launch the MTA icon and you're set.
